THE NUDE AND THE SAP is part of the exhibition series Para | Fictions, organised by Witte de With. Para | Fictions consists of solo presentations of the work of talented international artists, who are being given the oppoptunity to hold their first solo presentation in the Netherlands. They have been asked to create new works exploring an exchange between the visual arts and literature. The artist duo Daniel Dewar and Grégory Gicquel have created new work for the exhibition THE NUDE AND THE SAP, which refers to the text Eupalinos, or the Architect from the French poet Paul Valéry.
